BOARD OF DIRECTORS

    The IFF Board of Directors shall be the supreme decision-making body of the IFF and is composed of influential global financial dignitaries and leaders elected and appointed by IFF. The Board of Directors shall have a President and several Vice-Presidents in accordance with the principle of national and regional balance, as well as taking into account the need to maintain continuity in the implementation of the IFF's direction and vision. The Secretary General and Chairmen of IFF committees are ex officio members of the board.
