The long sluggish world economy needs a new growth strategy and infrastructure appears to hold the key. This report attempts to summarize the studies made by China and the World Bank on resource financed infrastructure in terms of different opinions, experience and lessons, in order to provide inspirations and useful materials for newly established multilateral development organizations and communities.
